Investing a combination of National Lottery and Government funds, we support our Olympic and Paralympic sports to realise their world-leading potential and help bring major sporting events to the UK. Our purpose is to lead high-performance sport to enable extraordinary moments that enrich lives.
We are on a mission – to create the greatest decade of extraordinary sporting moments; reaching, inspiring and uniting the nation. That mission is underpinned by three ambitions for UK high-performance sport; to keep winning and win well, to grow a thriving sporting system and to harness those to inspire positive change. Working with the sports and events we fund, DCMS, and our partner organisations across the UK high-performance system, we are building on 25 years of ever-growing success to write the UK’s next chapter for Olympic and Paralympic sport.

Highly organised and calm under pressure, you enjoy managing logistics, timelines and multiple stakeholders to deliver events that run seamlessly. You’re comfortable using digital tools to enhance the learner journey and are thoughtful about accessibility, inclusion and continuous improvement. Above all, you care about creating meaningful learning moments that support people to perform at their best.

· Shape event content and experiences in collaboration with subject matter experts and facilitators
· Oversee end‑to‑end logistics including venues, travel, schedules and onsite coordination
· Manage content capture processes (e.g., filming, transcription, asset creation) to support post‑event learning
· Ensure events are inclusive, accessible and designed for diverse learners
· Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure readiness and high‑quality delivery
· Gather feedback and evaluate events, driving continuous improvement
· Maintain documentation, planning tools and consistent operational standards
What you’ll bring
Essential:
· Experience coordinating professional development or learning events
· Strong track record in event logistics, content planning and content capture
· Ability to collaborate with SMEs, facilitators, suppliers and partners
· Skilled in enhancing customer journeys through digital tools and solutions
· Strong stakeholder management and ability to turn broad ambitions into well‑executed learning experiences
· Educated to degree level in a relevant subject, or equivalent experience
Desirable:
· Highly organised with excellent planning and coordination skills
· Understanding of performance‑focused learning and adult development principles
· Confident communicator who engages stakeholders positively
